Line 6 put into operation
On April 26, 2024,
the first TACS commercial line in China, and Qingdao's first fully automatic
operation system (FAO) GoA4 metro line - Qingdao Metro Line 6, were officially
put into operation!
The first phase of
Qingdao Metro Line 6 is located in the West Coast New Area of Qingdao, with a
total length of 30.762 kilometers and 21 stations. It is the backbone line of
mass transportation through the central urban area of the West Coast New Area,
and shorens the time and space distance between the new area and the east and
north urban areas of Qingdao.
TACS is a new type
ATC system that is centered on train and transforms train operation mode from
automation to autonomy, with the adoption of resource management concept, the
basis of train-to-train communication and the feature of signaling system and
vehicle deep integration.
As a domestic smart
metro demonstration line, Qingdao Metro Line 6 operates according to the GoA4
automatic operation system mode, the train adopts an open cab, and a series of
functions such as automatic wake up & sleep, automatic departure, accurate
parking, etc.
In this project, FITSCO
also assumes the responsibility of consistency coordination, overall management
of signaling and other core specialties, so that these systems are highly
integrated. Our professional knowledge and experience ensured perfect closure
of the project.
