As a response to Jinan municipal party committee and government call about Comments on Accelerating the Development of Rail Transit Industry, Shandong Donsun Fuxin Rail Transit System Technology Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Shandong Donsun Fuxin), established in July 2017 with registered capital of RMB 100 million, is the joint venture by Shanghai Fuxin Intelligent Transportation Solutions Co., Ltd. and Shandong Donsun Investment Holdings Co., Ltd.
Shandong Donsun Fuxin is located in comprehensive bonded zone of Jinan High-tech District. It will develop technological and regional advantage adequately, build industrial base of rail transit in Jinan, create six localization capability center and service center which are rail transit signaling and communication system key technology application and development center, intelligent manufacturing center, integration test center, analog simulation center, comprehensive operation and maintenance center, and rail transit big data center. Shandong Donsun Fuxin will contribute its strength for construction and operation of rail transit in Jinan.
